Why mentor with me?

Hey, I’m Sarah!
I’ve built my business while also being a mom, a partner, and a person has does not have unlimited capacity. I’m human, and I know it.

I care A LOT about doing this work well,
and I care just as much about doing it in a way that doesn’t burn you out or pull you away from your actual life.

I’m not here to give you a formula. I’m here to help you find your footing and trust yourself in the process.

    • process real experiences (especially births)

    • figure out how you want to show up in this work

    Because being a doula isn’t just about knowledge—
    it’s about presence, confidence, and discernment.

    • a few clients in and feeling stretched

    • trying to build something that actually fits your life

    You don’t need to have it all together to be here.

  • We’ll focus on three things:

    Your presence — how you show up with clients
    Your sustainability — building a business that works long-term
    Your voice — becoming a doula people trust because you’re grounded in yourself

If you are a BIPOC or LGBTQIA+ doula, the one time session is free of charge. You are genuinely welcome here.

  • A 90-minute space to bring whatever’s on your mind
    We’ll untangle it together and get you moving again.

    Good for:

    • decision points

    • specific challenges

    • “I just need to talk this through with someone who gets it”

  • Meet with me 5 times, 5 hours total. We will discuss your goals, best business practices, how to run your prenatals and postpartums, and customize it to your needs! Text support available with this package.

    A handful of sessions + in-between support

    This is where things start to click,
    because you’re not doing it alone between births.

  • 6 Month-1 Year Investment

    Meet with me 12-24 times to do all the things in the silver package with extra support, knowledge and care. Opportunities for shadowing available in this relationship. If shadowing is not available, extra support during your “on call time” will be provided. Discovery call to plan your goals and the ways we will meet them included.

    More consistent, high-touch support over time.

    This is for you if you want:

    • space to process as things happen (not weeks later)

    • guidance as you build your business and attend births

    • a steady presence in your corner as you grow into this work
