Do you want help understanding the birth process or writing a birth plan, but don’t feel like you need the physical presence of a doula? I completely respect that! The truth is not everyone needs a doula in their birth space, but birth preparation is SO important and I’d love to help you dream and plan for your birth experience.
If you had me or another doula for a previous birth and just feel like you need a refresher instead of someone physically there with you, these services are also for you!

Basic - $180
One 90 minute zoom meeting to discuss what to expect from your place of birth and form a birth plan around that information.

Intermediate - $400
Two 90 minute zoom meetings to discuss your place of birth, a birth plan, how your birth attendants can advocate for you, mental preparation for birth, and text availability up to 3 weeks postpartum.

Advanced - $650
Two 90 minute zoom meetings to discuss your place of birth, a birth plan, how your birth attendants can advocate for you, mental preparation for birth and text availability up to 6 weeks postpartum. In addition, we will have one 2 hour in-person meeting in the comfort of your home to go over birth positioning and prepare for postpartum. (If you are outside of my service area this can also be a virtual appointment).
